From my experence, I have learned that the best approach to helping my clients is clear communication and a unique skillset.
I take the time with my clients to determine each individual's specific needs. Then I am able to create a treatment plan that is suitable and effective.
My primary areas of interest are motor vehicle accident injuries, workplace injuries, pre-natal massage and cancer pain management.
Massage during pregnancy can reduce back and joint pain, decrease swelling, decrease stress/anxiety, help improve sleep, etc.
MVA injuries can cause many issues. Massage can aid in pain management, decrease headaches, decrease scar tissue, increase range of motion, etc.
Side effetc from cancer and its treatment can be debiliting. Massage can help reduce pain and swelling, decrease scar tissue, decrease stress/anxiety, improve sleep, decrease lymphedema, etc.
